Your booking becomes binding upon receipt of the booking confirmation. This confirmation contains all important information about your stay, the services booked, and the total price. For rental properties, a deposit of 30% of the total price is due within ten days of receiving the booking confirmation. The remaining balance is due no later than four weeks before your arrival. If payment is not received on time, the reservation may be canceled.
