What can you look forward to in the restaurant on Alfsee?
Our international team has enthusiastically developed a new concept for you that combines specialties of regional cuisine with the Mediterranean cuisine. Even more: Team members also bring original recipes of their homeland to the menu. So be looking forward to Asian delicacies. It is important to us to align our menu according to the laws of seasonality. Use fresh products from the region to the season and bring creatively on the table as aromatic dishes - that is our credo.
Of course, you can still enjoy our Alfsee classic - the Riester burger or delicious from the art market young bull or Bentheim pig. Or you can be kidnapped on an enjoyable journey to the Mediterranean in our restaurant on the lake.
