What can you look forward to in the restaurant on Alfsee?
Our international team has enthusiastically developed a new concept for you, combining regional specialties with Mediterranean cuisine. What's more, team members are also contributing original recipes from their home countries to the menu. So, look forward to Asian delicacies as well. It's important to us to align our menu with seasonality. Using fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced products and creatively presenting them as flavorful dishes – that's our credo.
Of course, you can still enjoy our Alfsee classics like the Riester Burger. Or how about an exotic regional culinary journey? Strauss from Alfhausen is the latest craze at Alfsee.
