Please leave your pitch no later than 12 pm on the departure day.

Our power connectors are protected with 16 amps. The electricity consumption is automatically measured and will be billed upon your departure.

Most of the pitchesare equipped with direct connections to electricity, water and waste water. The unparcelled trailer and caravan meadow in the Sonnengarten, as well as the pitches 25-32 and 298-313 in the Sternengarten are excluded.

Yes, you can have a barbecue weather with gas or grill coal. Please use the appropriate disposal stations for your coal.

Our private bathrooms are located in the sanitary building 4 in the Sonnengarten. In the Sternengarten there are public family bathrooms in the sanitary building 1.

Yes, we accept dicount cards. You receive 15% discount on camping pitches with the following discount cards:

ADAC CampCard, CKE Card, ANWB Card, Camping.Info Fanclub, DCC Card, Obelink Card during the following periods:

All offers can't be combined! The discount cards are only valid in selected areas. Please book via mail or telephone. An online dicount is not possible. Please note: from 2023 we do not accept the ACSI discount card.

You are welcome to move into your accommodation from 3 pm.

Please leave your accomodation well-swept no later than 10 am on the departure day.

Bed linen are included in the Germanenland.

For your stay in the appartment or a rented caravan, please bring your bed linen from home or rent them at the Alfsee Center (please with a reservation in advance).

Please keep in mind that the Beach Camp consists of tents in huts and you should therefore bring an inlet or a sleeping back along with your bed linen.

Unfortunately, it happens sometimes that guests arrive late or not at all. We give our best and try to fulfil all of your reservation wishes.

Our kitchen needs its time to prepare, thats why we recommend a booking in advance. Feel free to ask, then we will find out what's possible.

Unfortunately, your dog is not allowed to go into the restaurant. You can book a table on the terrace. 

For ordering takeaway food we recommend the Grill Eck. It's not always possible in the restaurant Feingeist. If our kitchen has the capacity, we are more than happy to fulfil your request.

Go to the Diekplatz in the village of Rieste at Bahnhofsstraße after the train station or use the parking area at Lage, Lager Allee.

In the Tramp & Camp you can rent everything from bike, children's bike, handcart to dino car for a fee.

Our children's entertainment team is looking forward to your visit. The opening hours/ days vary depending on the season. Lots of funny games, a mini disco or a clown show! Holidays at the Alfsee are fun!

Yes, a large water playground is located in the adventure world Germanenland.

Yes. There is free access to wifi in the areas of camping and apartments, as well as the hotel and restaraunt. However, depending on your location, the reception might not be the best. We continue to invest and hope to be able to offer a better access soon.

 If you are not able to go on holiday, a cancellation is possible. Please check the valid terms and conditions to see if or which amount of money you get refunded. In general, we recommend taking out a cancellation insurance.
