What are the opening hours?

From what time can I check in?

Your parking space will be available from 2:00 PM.

Please use our online check-in. You will receive further information in your arrival email.

By what time do I have to leave the premises?

Please vacate your plot by 12:00 noon on the day of departure.

Disposal station for motorhomes

Disposal station

A motorhome disposal station is located in the Sonnengarten campsite. We will open the barrier for you; keep to the left, and the disposal station is on the left-hand side in the alcove. 

What type of electrical protection is in place?

Our electrical connections are protected by 16-amp fuses. Electricity consumption is automatically monitored and billed upon your departure.

Are all pitches equipped with electricity, water and sewage disposal?

The majority of pitches are equipped with direct electricity, water, and sewage connections. Exceptions are the unparceled caravan and motorhome meadow in the Sonnengarten (Sun Garden) and pitches 25-32 and 298-313 in the Sternengarten (Star Garden).

Is barbecuing allowed?

You are welcome to barbecue with gas or charcoal on our campsite. Please use the designated disposal points for charcoal. 

Can I rent a private bathroom?

Our private sanitary facilities are located in sanitary building 4 in the Sonnengarten (Sun Garden) and in sanitary building 1 in the Sternengarten (Star Garden).

Do you accept discount cards?

Yes, we accept the following discount cards which give you a 15% discount on the pitch fee at the campsite: 

ADAC CampCard, CKE Card, ANWB Card, Camping.Info Fanclub, Obelink Card during the following periods:

All offers cannot be combined! Discount cards are only valid in selected areas. Please make your reservation by email or phone, quoting your discount card number. Discounts cannot be applied online or retroactively. Note: We no longer accept the ACSI Campcard as of 2023.

From what time can I check in?

You are welcome to check into your accommodation from 3:00 PM onwards.

By when do I have to check out?

Please leave your accommodation clean and tidy by 10:00 am on the day of departure.

Is bed linen provided?

Bed linen is included in the Germanenland .

For your stay in the apartment or rental caravan, please bring your own bed linen from home or rent it from the Alfsee Center (please book in advance).

Please note that at BeachCamp you will be camping in huts, so you should bring your own sleeping bag or liner in addition to your bedding.

Your dog is not allowed in the restaurant, but you are welcome to bring him if you have reserved a table on the terrace.

Breakfast is included for overnight guests at the Ringhotel Alfsee Piazza. You are also welcome to join us for breakfast even if you are not staying overnight, or you can add breakfast or half-board to your booking if you are staying at the holiday park.

Why can't I reserve a table even though there are still free tables visible?

Unfortunately, it happens from time to time that guests arrive late or not at all. We do our best and try to fulfill all reservation requests.

Can I spontaneously book half-board?

Our kitchen naturally requires preparation time, so we recommend booking in advance. Please feel free to ask, and we'll clarify what's possible.

Is my dog ​​allowed in the restaurant?

Unfortunately, your dog is not allowed inside the restaurant. You are welcome to reserve a table on the terrace. 

Can I order takeaway food?

For takeaway orders, we recommend Burger Biene. This isn't always possible at the Feingeist restaurant. However, if our kitchen has capacity, we'll gladly accommodate your request there as well.


General questions

Where is the nearest charging station for my electric car?

Charging stations for your vehicle are located in the parking lot of the Ringhotel Alfsee Piazza. Further charging options, including a fast-charging station, can be found in the day visitor parking lot to the left.
In the town of Rieste, you will find additional charging stations at Diekplatz on Bahnhofstraße behind the train station, or in the parking lot on Lager Allee in Lage.

Can I borrow a bicycle or a handcart?

At Tramp & Camp you can rent everything from bicycles, children's bicycles, handcarts to DinoCars for a fee.

Is there any entertainment at the campsite?

Our animation team is looking forward to your visit. Opening hours/days vary depending on the season. Lots of fun games, a mini-disco, or a clown show! Holidays at Alfsee are always fun!

Is there a water playground on the premises?

A large water playground is located in the Germanenlandadventure world.

Is there Wi-Fi on the premises?

Yes. Free Wi-Fi is available in the camping and apartment areas, as well as the hotel and restaurant. However, reception may vary depending on location. This year, we installed Wi-Fi in the Germanenland using a wireless connection. We are continuing to invest and hope to offer a more powerful connection soon.

Can I book online?

You are welcome to book online. All our availability and package deals are available online. 

What should I do if I haven't received a booking confirmation?

Please wait 24 hours and check your email account's spam folder. You will usually receive your booking confirmation immediately online, and within one business day for alternative booking methods. If you haven't received a confirmation after 24 hours, please contact our reception team.

Can I cancel?

If you are unable to take your holiday, cancellation is possible. Please refer to the applicable terms and conditions for information on whether and how much you will be refunded. We generally recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
