Camping at Alfsee is an unforgettable holiday!
We're delighted you'd like to camp at Alfsee. The campsite first opened in 1980 and has been lovingly developed ever since. The foundation stone was laid in the "Star Garden" area in 1980. Here you'll find three modern sanitary blocks. The main building was completely rebuilt in 2022 to meet the latest standards. You'll enjoy a comfortable holiday with water and sewage connections at your pitch.
In 2001, the spacious sun garden with water and sewage connections at the pitches was opened. The area, overlooking the Alfsee dike, borders the Germanenland Alfsee adventure park. In the sun garden you will find our unparceled camping meadow as well as our rental caravans.
The Star Garden offers coziness included
The Sternengarten campsite at Alfsee offers a rustic charm combined with the highest level of comfort. Tall hedges and trees provide shade and a peaceful retreat. The newly constructed (2022) sanitary building offers top-notch amenities. Most pitches are equipped with direct water and sewage connections. The large playground provides ample space for children to run around and play. Please note that the water is shut off during the winter months as soon as the first frost is forecast. It will be turned back on in the spring.

The foundation stone for the Alfsee Holiday and Adventure Park was laid in the Star Garden. Since then, it has been continuously maintained and modernized. The hedged grounds offer you a retreat with the utmost comfort.

The sun garden is open and spacious
At Sonnengarten, you'll camp on spacious, sun-drenched grounds. The grassy pitches are generously sized and have direct water and sewage connections. The sanitary building offers the option of renting your own private bathroom. Sonnengarten also features an unparceled caravan and motorhome area. Or, travel without your own equipment and book one of our rental caravans for your personal camping experience. Please note that the water is turned off during the winter months as soon as the first frost is forecast. It will be turned back on in the spring.

Is Alfsee a 5-star campsite?
Yes, the Alfsee Holiday and Adventure Park is a 5-star superior campsite according to DTV criteria. Furthermore, Alfsee is proud of annual awards such as the ADAC Superplatz label.
Is there Wi-Fi on the premises?
Yes. Free Wi-Fi is available in the camping and apartment areas, as well as the hotel and restaurant. However, signal strength may vary depending on location. This year, we installed Wi-Fi in the Germanenland using a wireless connection. We are continuing to invest and hope to offer a more powerful connection soon.
Where can I buy bread rolls in the morning?
You can buy bread rolls at the Alfseemarkt Freese on the market square; we recommend pre-ordering.
What type of electrical protection is in place?
Our electrical connections are protected by 16-amp fuses. Electricity consumption is automatically monitored and billed upon your departure.
What kind of connections do the seats have?
The majority of pitches are equipped with direct electricity, water, and sewage connections. Exceptions are the unparceled caravan and motorhome meadow in the Sonnengarten (Sun Garden) and pitches 25-32 and 298-313 in the Sternengarten (Star Garden).
Is there a motorhome disposal station?
A motorhome disposal station is located in the Sonnengarten campsite. We will open the barrier for you; keep to the left, and the disposal station is on the left-hand side in the alcove.
Is barbecuing allowed at the campsite?
You are welcome to barbecue with gas or charcoal on our campsite. Please use the designated disposal points for charcoal. Open fires are not permitted on our campsite.
