As the head of our cleaning team, you and your team will ensure our guests feel completely at ease and our facilities are always impeccably maintained. You'll maintain an overview, organize processes, and ensure everything runs smoothly in daily operations.       What you bring:

• Several years of experience in housekeeping / building cleaning or the hotel industry, including management experience
• Organizational talent and structured work style
• Enjoyment in developing a new structure, motivating and supporting a team
• A high level of quality and service awareness
• Friendly demeanor and good communication skills
• Teamwork skills and a respectful and committed leadership style
• Enjoyment of a leadership role that includes active participation

• Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays

   

  Your tasks:

   

• Leadership, motivation and deployment planning of our cleaning team
• Organization and control of daily cleaning processes
• Introduction and use of digital solutions for planning and control
• Inspection of the cleaned rental properties and public areas
• Ensuring our high quality standards
• Close communication and coordination with the various departments
• Management and control of cleaning agents, consumables and work equipment

• Support for the team as needed, especially on busy days
