Information for your camping stay
Are you planning your camping holiday at Alfsee? On this page you will find all the important information about booking, arrival, stay and departure at our campsite. We have clearly summarized the most important regulations from our General Terms and Conditions (GTC) and the campsite rules so that you can inform yourself before booking.

Booking your campsite
Your pitch reservation becomes binding upon receipt of our booking confirmation. The booking confirmation contains all binding information regarding your travel dates, price, pitch details, and terms and conditions. A deposit of €50 is due within ten days of booking. The remaining balance is due no later than four weeks before arrival. If payment is not received on time, the reservation may be cancelled.
Who is allowed to use a parking space?
Each pitch is designed for a maximum of six people (excluding their own children). Furthermore, only one [unclear text] is permitted per pitch
- a caravan,
- a motorhome
- or a family tent
Permitted. One additional children's tent is allowed. Pavilions or refrigerated trailers may only be set up with prior authorization. A deposit is required for refrigerated trailers.
Arrival at the campsite
Your pitch will be available from 2:00 PM on your arrival day. Early arrival is possible at short notice, subject to availability. times
: Midday rest: 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM and night rest: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM. During these times, entry to the campsite is not permitted. Please use the parking area in front of reception during these times.
You can enter your license plate number online and check in digitally from 2:00 PM on your arrival day, allowing your holiday to begin immediately. Afterwards, please come to reception to receive your guest wristband. Shortly before your holiday, and also as part of your online booking, you will receive an email with a link for online check-in. Alternatively, you can also check in at our self-service kiosks.
departure
The pitch must be vacated by 12:00 noon at the latest. If the pitch is not re-let, a later departure time can be booked. Please
leave your pitch clean and tidy. Check-out can be done online or via the machine. You can pay your electricity costs and depart conveniently via the app.
dogs
Dogs are very welcome at our campsite. To ensure all guests feel comfortable, a few rules apply. You can book your campsite with your dog
- The first row by the sanitary buildings and directly by the playground is excluded
- Leashes must be kept on the entire premises
- Dog feces must be removed immediately
- Free dog waste bags are available at reception
- Dogs are not allowed at the bathing lake
- Dogs are only allowed on the restaurant's terrace
- A dog exercise area is located on the dike

Rebooking and cancellation
Rebooking conditions
Should your travel plans change, you can rebook under certain conditions up to 14 days before arrival. For camping bookings, we charge a processing fee of €30. Cancellations and rebookings must always be made in writing via email.

We generally recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
order and security
Our campsite rules ensure that all guests can enjoy a relaxing holiday.
These include, among others:
- mutual consideration
- Compliance with rest periods
- Walking speed across the entire square
- The German Road Traffic Regulations (StVO) apply (expressly also to the use of e-scooters and similar vehicles)
- Ball games only on designated areas
- Open fires are not allowed
- Drones may not be used
- Dealers and commercial sellers are not permitted entry without express authorization
- You must follow the instructions of our staff.
Cleanliness and environment
We kindly ask all guests to leave the sanitary facilities and pitches clean. Waste can be disposed of at the central collection points. Please support environmental protection by separating your waste whenever possible and treating the campsite with care. Please also refrain from using airtight tarpaulins on the pitches during dry weather. The waste disposal stations are located at the entrance to the Sonnengarten (Sun Garden) and at the service yard in the Sternengarten (Star Garden). Visitors
Visitors are welcome. Please register your overnight guests at reception before entering the campsite. Subletting or transferring a pitch is not permitted. Registration is not required for day visits.
Data protection
Your personal data will be processed exclusively in connection with your booking and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Further information can be found in our privacy policy.
FAQ - Useful Tips
When does my camping booking become binding?
Upon receipt of the booking confirmation.
How much is the down payment?
A deposit of €50.00 is required for your camping holiday.
When do I have to pay the remaining balance?
The remaining balance is due 4 weeks before arrival.
When can I arrive?
Your plot will be available from 2 pm. Please check our opening hours. If you arrive outside of these hours, please contact us. There are three check-in options: online, check-in at the machine, or via our security team.
Am I allowed to barbecue or have a campfire?
You are welcome to barbecue on your plot. Charcoal is also permitted. Proper disposal is mandatory. Open fires – campfires – are prohibited.
May I bring a tent?
Yes, of course you can book a pitch for your family tent. If you are arriving with a caravan/motorhome, a small tent for the children is permitted. If you are coming with a youth group, the youth campsite is the right choice.
Am I allowed to park my car in the parking space?
Yes, you are allowed to bring one vehicle onto your plot. Additional vehicles must be parked in the large parking lot in front of the Alfen Saunaland .
Are there quiet hours?
Yes, midday rest: 13:00–14:00, night rest: 23:00–07:00
What happens in case of violations?
We reserve the right to ask you to leave the premises.
