Are you planning a class trip, a camping trip, or a stay with your youth group at Alfsee? On this page, you will find all the important information about booking, arrival, use, and departure at BeachCamp and the youth campsite, clearly summarized.
BeachCamp offers a nature-based overnight experience based on the "cabin camping". The simple wooden cabins are unheated and do not include blankets. Each cabin has one double room; all other rooms are four-bed rooms, each with two bunk beds. Overnight stays in your own tents are only permitted on the adjacent youth campsite.
BeachCamp is not a party location. It is aimed particularly at school classes, youth groups, clubs and organized tent camps who want to spend an exciting time together at Alfsee.

Rules for BeachCamp & Youth Campsite
The following information is for your guidance only. The applicable terms and conditions and site rules of Alfsee GmbH are the sole authoritative documents.
Booking your stay
Your booking becomes binding upon receipt of the booking confirmation. The general terms and conditions for rental properties apply to BeachCamp. A deposit of 30% of the total price is due within ten days. The remaining balance is due no later than four weeks before arrival. A security deposit of €300 is payable by SEPA direct debit prior to your arrival. If no damage or violations are found, the deposit will not be debited.
Stay at BeachCamp
BeachCamp is specifically designed for school trips, youth groups, clubs, and organized camping trips. It is expressly not a party venue. Please be considerate of other guests, observe quiet hours, and follow the instructions of our staff.
Arrival and departure
Your cabins will be available from 3:00 PM on your arrival day. On your departure day, please vacate your cabin by 10:00 AM and the youth campsite by 12:00 PM.
Please leave your accommodation clean and tidy.
Cars are not permitted to drive or park in the BeachCamp or on the youth campsite. Please use the designated parking area in front of the Alfen Saunaland. Loading and unloading at the BeachCamp is permitted in the designated loading and unloading zones.
Rebooking and cancellation
Rebooking conditions
Should your travel plans change, a rebooking is possible under certain conditions. For rental properties, we charge a processing fee of €75. Rebooking is possible up to 14 days before arrival.

Cancellations must be made in writing via email. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
Cleanliness , waste & environment
Cleanliness and responsible environmental stewardship are of utmost importance to us. Please keep the cabins, the youth campsite, the sanitary facilities, and the shared areas clean and tidy during your stay. Waste containers are available in the BeachCamp area, as well as central collection points in the Sun and Star Gardens of the campsite. All waste must be separated and disposed of exclusively in the designated containers. Liquids must not be placed in the waste containers. Littering cigarette butts, bottle caps, or other trash on the grounds is prohibited. Illegally dumped waste and unclean areas may result in additional charges, a debit to your SEPA direct debit mandate, and, in serious cases, expulsion from the campsite.
Quiet hours and consideration
Please be considerate of other guests and avoid disturbing noise. Radios, speakers, and music systems may only be used at a low volume and must be switched off completely after 10:00 PM. Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. BeachCamp is not a party venue. Violations of the quiet hours may result in the confiscation of your deposit and immediate expulsion from the premises.
Dogs and pets
Dogs and other pets are not allowed at BeachCamp or the youth campsite. If you are planning a holiday with your dog, you will find suitable accommodation on our camping pitches or in selected apartments.

Order and deposit
Please treat the cabins, furnishings, and grounds with care. Any damage must be reported to our team immediately. The €300 security deposit, payable via SEPA direct debit, may be retained in whole or in part in the event of damage or violations of the site rules – for example, property damage, excessive soiling, or disturbances of the peace. In the event of violations of these terms and conditions or the house rules, Alfsee GmbH reserves the right to exercise its right of domicile and to remove individuals or the entire group from the site.
Swimming and water safety
Guests of BeachCamp can use the beach free of charge during regular opening hours. You can obtain the necessary wristbands at reception. Please observe the applicable bathing and safety guidelines.
Data protection
Your personal data will be processed exclusively in connection with your booking and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Further information can be found in our privacy policy.
FAQ - Useful Tips
Is BeachCamp a campsite with regular holiday homes?
No. BeachCamp offers a simple, nature-oriented overnight experience based on the principle of "camping in cabins". The wooden cabins are not heated and are provided without blankets.
How are the bedrooms divided?
There are cabins for 10 and 18 people. Each cabin has one double room. All other rooms are four-bed rooms, each with two bunk beds. There is a large wooden veranda in front of each cabin.
Is there a refrigerator?
Yes, every house has a small pantry with a refrigerator.
May I bring a space heater?
No, heating appliances are prohibited.
Do I need to bring a sleeping bag?
Yes. As the cabins are offered without blankets and are not heated, all guests should bring a suitable sleeping bag, pillow and sheet, and weather-appropriate clothing.
Am I allowed to pitch my own tent next to the cabins?
No. You may only pitch your own tent on the designated youth campsite.
Is barbecuing allowed at BeachCamp?
Barbecuing is permitted in front of the cabins, but not on the terraces. Open fires are prohibited on the entire premises. Embers must be disposed of properly in the designated containers.
Are there quiet hours?
Yes, music systems and speakers must be switched off from 10:00 PM. Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
What happens to the security deposit in case of damage or violations?
Please report any damage to our team immediately. The security deposit may be retained in whole or in part in the event of damage or violations of the site rules. This includes, for example, disturbing the peace, improper waste disposal, or leaving accommodations in an untidy condition.
Am I allowed to swim in the area of the water skiing facility?
No. Swimming in the area of the water skiing facility is prohibited due to the risk of accidents. The beach area can be used free of charge during opening hours.
Are glass bottles allowed?
For safety reasons, glass bottles and other fragile items are prohibited in the sand area.
