Welcome to our rental caravans at Alfsee! To ensure you feel comfortable from the start and can use everything without any problems, we have compiled all the important information for you in a clear and concise manner – with pictures, text, and a helpful explanatory video.

Your home away from home
Please treat the caravan and its contents with care and respect. A caravan consists of many sensitive components that require special care and attention. For guidance, please use our informational video and the provided instructions.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at the Alfsee Center. Please note that as the renter, you are jointly and severally liable for any damage that may occur.
Departure relaxed with our Late Check Out
Take advantage of our late check-out for a relaxed departure! Instead of leaving at 10:00 AM, you can stay until 12:00 PM for just €25 , or even until 6:00 PM for €50 . Please register your late check-out at reception. This offer is subject to availability.
Please place the keys and the completed departure form in the envelope you received upon arrival and deposit both in the designated container in front of reception. After successful inspection and provided no damage is found, the security deposit will be automatically released. House rules and terms and conditions apply.
The entrance to your rental caravan
The Season Camper is a family-friendly caravan. Your holiday begins in a spacious awning. Please handle all materials with care, and in particular, please open the zippers carefully using both hands
the caravan door , turn it a quarter turn to the left and close it with a quarter turn to the right. Please push lightly against the door while doing so.
Heating and hot water
The heating system controls are located on the wall to the left of the television.
To set the desired room temperature, please press the round button. A camper van symbol will appear on the display – confirm this by pressing the control again. Then select the desired temperature and confirm your selection.
To regulate the water temperature, turn the control to the temperature symbol. Here you can choose between Eco (50°C) and Hot (60°C) . Confirm the setting with the control.
The third position is for selecting the energy source and does not need to be changed.
The fourth position controls the fan speed for optimal air distribution.
Hot water supply in the awning
The indicator light for the hot water supply in the awning is illuminated by the double bed. It is always set to 60°C. Please do not adjust it!
Gas supply in the caravan
There is a control valve in the kitchen unit that you should not adjust. The gas taps in the cutlery drawer should also always be open and therefore in an upright position.

Your guest wristband
Your guest wristband grants you digital access to the bathing lake via the separate turnstile for overnight guests at Alfsee. Should your child get lost, we can use the wristband to locate your spot. You may keep the wristband as a souvenir after your departure.
